on the templates?
The templates are fillabe not
editable... meaning, all you can do is fill in the
information. You can change the font or size. |

your order. If you provide a valid

What format are the
files on this site?
All files are in PDF form. This
preserves the fonts and graphics. Some files may be a
fillable PDF, which allows you to type your own text
within the text boxes. |

How will I get the
materials I purchased?
After you complete a purchase
from The Teaching Oasis, click
Continue to Download to access your resources. You
will also receive an email with links to the downloads,
so please make sure you type it correctly. |

How do I download the
materials through the email?
In
the email message, you will see a "download link." Click
on this downlink or cut and paste the address into your
browser. This will take you to the "File Download"
page. Click on the file, you can now "open" or "save"
the document. |

How many downloads to I
get?
The system is set up for you to download each
file up to four times. However it will only allow you to
download from up to two IP addresses (computers). So
please save each file once opened! |

Can the files that I
purchase be replaced?
We encourage you to save all
files purchased from The Teaching Oasis. Files will not
be replaced if lost. |

How do I unzip a file?
After downloading some files you will see that it is a
zip file. You will need to unzip the file before you
open each document in the file. |

How do I pay for
purchases?
Payments are processed through
Paypal. However you do not need to have a PayPal account
to make purchases. When you proceed to checkout, you
will have the option to pay with your PayPal account or
pay with a credit card. |

Will I get a receipt
for my purchases?
After your order has been
submitted, you will be able to "click here to view a
printable receipt" before you are taken to the download
page. PayPal will also send you a receipt via email
that you can save and print for your records. |

How is the price of
documents determined?
Most documents are $1.00.
Units over 5 pages are $2.00.
PDF fillable documents
are $3.00
Since we are three different
professionals, we reserve the right to set the price of
our own creations and they may vary from this. |

custom resources. Please email us with your inquiries! |

us with questions about files. At the bottom of the
